David Lovekin is Professor of Philosophy Emeritus at Hastings College. He is the author of Technique, Discourse, and Consciousness: An Introduction to the Philosophy of Jacques Ellul, as well as numerous essays on Ellul, Giambattista Vico, and Ernst Cassirer.
